The Structure · Two Family Holdcos

Who owns what.

ONE parent holdco. Two operating subsidiaries beneath it — Killer Health (Scott + Elaine) runs outreach: brand authority and clinical trust. AVANCE (Josh + Crystal) runs operations: e-comm, 3PL, paid media, fulfillment. Shared brands are joint ventures between the two, inside the structure. Four splits are settled; everything else is deliberately TBD until counsel papers the operating agreement.
